Job Description

As the Talent and Influencer Marketing Lead, you will live and breathe influencer marketing, always being ahead of the curve, with a sharp eye for trends and a bold, creative mindset that pushes boundaries.

You know how to turn traditional programming on its head, bringing fresh energy and innovation to everything you touch. Your experience in consumer-facing campaigns means you instinctively know how to spark genuine connections between ASOS and its audience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of influencer/talent reps, managing a scalable roster across retained and campaign activity.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer and talent campaigns, including creative briefing, contracting, activation, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners to drive brand impact.
  • Own paid social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Meta), optimising for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and media agencies to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns aligned to commercial goals.
  • Monitor emerging platforms and talent to identify new opportunities and keep ASOS culturally relevant.
  • Manage budgets, targets, and supplier relationships to support an agile and effective operating model.
  • Partner with insights and performance teams to track campaign effectiveness and translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Champion inclusive, long-term partnerships with diverse talent that reflect ASOS’ brand values.
  • Represent influencer/talent marketing at a senior level, including crisis management and international travel as required.
  • Support our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

You’re an experienced Talent and Influencer Marketing specialist with a background in fashion or retail, and you bring trusted agency relationships to the table. Fast-paced environments don’t faze you, you thrive when juggling multiple workstreams and can confidently navigate ambiguity with agility and focus.

  • You’ve worked brand-side or agency-side on global accounts, bringing deep experience in managing complex, high-impact campaigns.
  • You have strong media relationships and trusted agency connections within the fashion industry.
  • You understand how to build brands on social, with hands-on experience developing influencer strategies and evolving operating models.
  • You’re confident managing VIP talent and navigating agency partnerships with ease and professionalism.
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to everything you do.
