Role Overview

Building a high-performing organisation starts with hiring exceptional leaders. As our Talent Acquisition Partner - Executive Search, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting and securing the leadership talent that will shape the future of ASOS.

Working across a broad range of business functions, you'll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic Head of Department and Director-level hires, ensuring we have the leadership capability needed to achieve our ambitions. You'll also play a key role in evolving our executive hiring approach, helping to embed robust assessment practices, drive inclusive hiring and continuously improve how we attract and select outstanding talent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End-to-end executive recruitment across Head of Department and Director-level roles across multiple business functions.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and PX colleagues to define hiring strategies, role requirements and success profiles.
  • Building and engaging high-calibre leadership talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping and executive search methodologies.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout complex recruitment processes.
  • Providing market insight and talent intelligence to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Supporting Talent Partners with building pipelines for roles in their areas at Senior Manager+ levels.
  • Driving innovation in executive hiring, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation.
  • Partnering with Talent & Culture team to evolve leadership assessment frameworks, including our Bar Raiser programme and other selection methodologies.
  • Championing inclusive hiring practices and ensuring diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Significant Executive Search experience, with a proven track record of delivering Head of Department and Director-level hires.
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and technology talent landscape.
  • Expertise in executive sourcing, talent mapping and leadership candidate engagement.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, commercially focused organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise at senior levels.
  • Experience designing or enhancing leadership assessment processes and frameworks.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and discretion when working with senior leaders.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment and continuous improvement.
  • A strong interest and understanding of how AI can be used to enhance the hiring process.
  • Passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse leadership teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple complex searches while maintaining a high level of quality and discretion.
  • Experience working on SmartRecruiters is a plus.
