As Sourcing Reporting Administrator at ASOS, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of external suppliers, acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day queries. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate systems and data, supporting reporting and ensuring the smooth administration of sourcing processes. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to improving data accuracy and supporting more efficient, insight-driven ways of working. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with systems including Microsoft Excel.
What you'll be doing...
- Assist with supplier onboarding, induction, and lifecycle administration
- Maintain and update supplier and sourcing master data
- Act as a point of contact for supplier queries, liaising with both new and existing partners
- Support the team in gathering outstanding information required for sourcing systems
- Ensure supplier records are kept up to date in internal systems
- Provide support for system and data-related queries relating to sourcing and suppliers
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports
- Maintain and update supplier performance data in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage supplier onboarding documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support with new system development, rollout and adoption
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and wider responsible sourcing departments
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
