  • Process Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data & Insights: Develop data strategies and telemetry to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Quality & Security: Define acceptance criteria, oversee testing and quality assurance, and ensure solutions adhere to security policies.
  • Training & Support: Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, tech teams, and third-party partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Warehouse Process Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations and a deep understanding of warehousing processes.
  • Warehouse Management Systems: Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
  • Tech Delivery Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimisation.
  • Third-Party & 3PL Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with third-party technology providers and 3PL (third-party logistics) partners.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working well as part of a team.
  • Location: Must be based at or willing to work from our Barnsley warehouse and willing to travel to our Berlin and US sites.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, pension, and private medical care scheme
  • Performance related bonus
  • Flex benefits allowance – which you can chose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefits
  • 25 days paid annual leave + an extra day for your birthday
  • Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
  • Tech Develops – our internal tech focussed skills development programme to focus on your personal growth as a technologist
  • Opportunity to represent ASOS at industry leading events
  • Opportunity to help shape and drive our DE&I initiatives in Tech (like our WIT movement and Diversity mentoring in Tech)
