We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead a technically focused portfolio across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture hiring — roles that will strengthen the platforms, systems and capabilities that power ASOS from the inside out.

You’ll join a high‑performing, close‑knit Talent Acquisition team that thrives on pace, quality, and true partnership.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll set the bar for delivery, balancing speed with judgement, and consistently hiring exceptional, diverse talent into some of our most critical roles.

Impact: You’ll lead high-priority Technology hires end-to-end, from intake and search strategy through to offer, partnering closely with senior Technology leaders on role design, assessment approach and decision-making.

The portfolio will focus on specialist and business-critical roles across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture, giving you the opportunity to shape some of ASOS’s most important technical capabilities.

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy and delivery for a specialist Technology portfolio across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture, ensuring a consistently outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Deliver world‑class hires at pace, demonstrating strong judgement, prioritisation, and calm execution - even when managing competing demands.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Engineering, Security and Infrastructure leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on market insight, role design, inclusive hiring practices, and assessment quality.
  • Lead complex searches, proactively sourcing and engaging senior‑level talent across Agentic AI, machine learning engineering, platform engineering, cyber security, cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops/SRE, architecture and related technical disciplines using platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, hackajob, and Smart Recruiters.
  • Apply structured assessment and inclusive interview practices to ensure fair, high‑quality hiring decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and ways of working — from how we brief roles to how we close candidates.
  • Use recruitment technology and AI‑enabled tools confidently to improve speed, quality, and candidate engagement.
  • Bring strong project management skills to hiring activity, planning effectively, anticipating risks, and keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Step in to support wider team priorities as needed, modelling leadership through action and delivery.
  • Act as an ambassador for ASOS, representing our brand with credibility, inclusivity, and professionalism.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Experience in an in‑house recruiting role or embedded talent consultancy, ideally with a strong focus on specialist Technology hiring across engineering, infrastructure, security, architecture or AI‑related roles.
  • Proven experience recruiting technical talent across areas such as Agentic AI, machine learning engineering, platform engineering, cyber security, infrastructure, Dev Ops/SRE, cloud, architecture or similar disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of specialist Technology hiring markets, with the ability to credibly engage technical talent, assess role requirements, advise hiring teams, and translate complex technical needs into clear search and assessment strategies.
  • Confidence using structured assessment methods (e. g., scorecards/rubrics) to support consistent decision‑making.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives across recruiting workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder partnering skills, including influencing and advising senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with clear planning, organisation and communication.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring, with practical actions that improve fairness and widen candidate pools.
