The Details
This role is for a Senior Product Manager in the \”For You\” team within the Customer Experience org. We believe every customer should feel seen, respected, and understood, and our core principles are to deliver powerful, playful, immediate experiences with sparks of inspiration that provide customer benefits, whilst maintaining data transparency and acting with integrity. Ultimately, we want to create an ASOS just for you. You\’ll lead the strategy and development of features that harness explicit signals from customers and blend them with our world-class in-house data science offerings driven by customer behaviour.
You\’ll be the focal point of a dedicated and cross-functional squad setting big, ambitious goals, and you\’ll have the freedom to decide how to meet these. You\’ll have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude and relish the autonomous culture. As a natural storyteller, you\’ll build solid narratives and will take your stakeholders on the journey throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital product personalisation features, building a deep understanding of opportunities and how we\’ll measure success.
- Lead initiatives to enrich the customer profile with implicit and explicit data to optimize content per user so they feel seen and understood.
- Partner with design, marketing, engineering, and other parts of the business to build high-quality, engaging, and exciting UX that delight our customers.
- Collaborate with and influence other areas of the business to create personalisation strategies that enhance engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
- Use customer research, data, and experimentation to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure impact.
Qualifications
About You
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Strong track record in launching 0-1 mobile-first products, ideally with focus in personalisation.
- Constantly pushing UI boundaries to elevate the experience, with a strong pulse on industry trends and OS capabilities.
- Familiarity with how enriched customer data powers the user journey to deliver contextually relevant content and experiences.
- Comfortable working in agile, full stack, cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, and Optimizely.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
