The Details

We’relooking for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in one of the most significant business transformationprogrammesat ASOS.

As we evolve from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics, we’rereimagining how the business interacts with enterprise technology through modern automation, AI-enabledexperiencesand agentic workflows.

This is a varied, fast-moving role spanning multiple business capabilities, from supplier onboarding and partner enablement through to inventory management, stock inbounding, fulfillment operations and ensuring the right products are available at the right time for our customers.

  • Define the vision, strategyand roadmap for large-scale business capabilities and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive simplification of complex business processes, identifyingopportunities to remove friction, reduce manualeffortand improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Commercial, Finance and wider Product teams to translate business outcomes into scalable product solutions.
  • Shape how AI, automationand agentic experiences can improve productivity, decision-makingand the way colleagues interact with enterprise platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across multiple business functions.
  • Lead discovery efforts to understand business challenges, customer needs, operationalconstraintsand commercial opportunities.
  • Manageprioritisationand trade-offs across multiple workstreams whilemaintainingfocus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Create compelling narratives that align teams around a common vision and support successfulorganisationalchange.
  • Raise standards across Product Management by coaching others and promoting clear, evidence-based product practice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex business, platformor operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strongtrack recordof simplifying business processes and translating operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating across both strategic and technical domains, adapting your style and level of detail for different audiences.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms, enterprise systems, operationaltechnologiesor large-scale business transformationprogrammes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how business capabilities support growth, profitability, customeroutcomesand operational resilience.
  • Experience working with different marketplace, partner, fulfilment, wholesale, concession, dropship, third-party seller, or multi-channel selling models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and evidence to make decisions and measure business impact.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating clarity and leading teams through change.
  • Strong communicationand storytelling skills with the ability to bring people on the journey from businessproblemto product outcome.
