Job Description

As Senior Assistant Buyer within the Dress Up Womenswear Fashion Brands team, you'll play a key role in driving some of the most exciting and recognisable brands on ASOS.

Working closely with the Senior Buyer and Merchandising team, you'll help curate trend-led ranges, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure we're offering the most relevant and inspiring product for our fashion-obsessed customer.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of leading womenswear brands, building strong partnerships, attending brand appointments and contributing to the commercial success of the department.

You'll use customer insight, competitor knowledge and performance data to help shape our offer and deliver profitable growth while supporting wider business initiatives across ASOS.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and emerging brands.
  • Analyse trading performance and use data-driven insights to support decision making and deliver departmental KPIs.
  • Help manage and develop strong relationships with brand partners, supporting joint business plans and performance reviews.

  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring the ASOS customer remains at the centre of all decisions.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team.

That's why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office.

It's a rhythm that speeds up decision‑making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create and succeed.
