We are now seeking experienced Senior Product Managers to join our Product-Led Organisation. This creates a highly committed and exciting environment with opportunities to develop best-in-class digital products. As a Senior Product Manager, you\’ll be the focal point of a dedicated and cross-functional squad setting big, ambitious goals, and you\’ll have the freedom to decide how to meet these. We\’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Search team. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of ASOS customers worldwide. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product design, third party suppliers and other product development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features. Customer Focus: Utilise customer insights and data to identify customer problems and inform product decisions. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of features, continuously optimising for better performance and customer satisfaction. Leadership: Set the standard for how things are done, mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the You\’ve got extensive and demonstrative experience in shipping successful, customer-centric digital products in a fast-paced environment. You leverage the team you work with, bring out the best of them, and tease out creative ideas.
