A dedicated brand partnerships team, ASOS Media Group works with our strategic brands across all ASOS audience touch points. The ASOS Media Group team has grown significantly over the last few years working directly with our partner brands, collaborating with ASOS’s design, creative, fashion, production and commercial retail teams to implement impactful, effective and strategic marketing campaigns on and off ASOS’s owned and operated properties.
The Details
Help us grow ASOS’s retail media advertising business – ASOS Media Group (AMG). As an expert consultant in this fast‑evolving business, your responsibility will be across a portfolio of brands within the Fashion and/or Face & Body categories. You will own the marketing and media relationship with your brands, holding direct and media agency relationships, working closely to understand your brands’ objectives and needs aimed at growing their businesses with ASOS. Close alignment with ASOS’s retail team will benefit your brands and is also crucial. You will work closely with your brands’ senior decision makers to define and implement digital marketing strategy and tactics using ASOS’s suite of advertising products and creative solutions. You will be fully responsible for your brand portfolio’s advertising investment with ASOS and lead your brand partner relationships with the support of the wider ASOS Media Group team of account managers, creative design and production, ad operations, and insight/analytics teams.
With your knowledge of the fashion and/or face & body digital advertising industry coupled with an understanding of your brand partners’ needs you will build solutions to support achievement of their goals and your objectives. You will have the range of ASOS’s current and future advertising product suite at your disposal to build marketing plans for your brand partner clients ranging from sponsored ads, programmatic display advertising, social media, targeted mobile and email communications, through to our flagship ‘ASOS Creates’ creative solutions. This combined with a developing audience targeting and measurement proposition provides exciting marketing solutions for your brand partners.

Qualifications About You
- Experience in a client‑facing digital marketing/sales role
- Proven track record within a target‑driven environment
- Proven track record in building and managing client and internal company relationships
- Strong grounding in digital marketing principles, with experience within Fashion and/or Face & Body retail categories highly advantageous
- Good understanding of brands' marketing and media strategies
- Good understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising
- Experience with Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
- High levels of digital literacy are mandatory; PC literate (Microsoft Office inc. advanced Excel)
- Self‑motivated team player, enthusiastic, and a tenacious attitude
- Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines
- Calm temperament
