Job Description

ASOS Media Group is a dedicated brand partnerships team, working with our strategic brands across all ASOS audience touch points. The ASOS Media Group team has grown significantly over the last few years working directly with our partner brands, collaborating with ASOS’s design, creative, fashion, production and commercial retail teams to implement impactful, effective and strategic marketing campaigns on and off ASOS’s owned and operated properties.

We’re looking for a strategic, and operational solutions-focused individual to help drive the success of ASOS Media Group. You will work across a diverse scope which includes; refining processes and efficiency with and managing ASOS Media Group creative solutions and studios production pipeline; Identifying and quantifying new creative solution growth initiatives; And driving yield and operational excellence. This role works cross-functionally to bring big ideas to life and deliver real impact.

The Details

Creative Solutions pipeline management

  • Manage the day-to-day Studios production pipeline between AMG Partner Managers and the Studio for smooth delivery of the monthly creative solutions campaigns.
  • Working closely with ASOS’s Studio to balance capacity and timelines across multiple creative solutions campaign types, aligning with ASOS Media Groupallocations and production resources.
  • Think creatively exploring options to keep projects moving and deliverables on track, monitoring and managing daily.

Growth and Efficiency Strategy

  • Lead and explore new creative solutions / production initiatives to devise and launch new ASOS Media Groupworkstreams, such as sellable Influencer marketing or new ways of working with the social team. From prioritising initiatives and assessing resources to timeline planning with Studio project managers — all with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Streamline operations and programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Define how teams work together and build scalable processes (think automation, trackers, and tools).

AMG Alignment with ASOS Brand Marketing Team

  • Keep ASOS Media Groupcampaign activity for partner brands in sync with the wider ASOS brand marketing team by updating and aligning with the ASOS Brand Marketing Calendar.
  • Support content planning and development alongside the Marketing team — from strategy to execution.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Work with the finance team to review and monitor pricing, yield and sell through rates of advertising products in ASOS Media Group\'sad product portfolio across ad tech and creative. solutions ad products. Quarterly reviews of ad product sell-through and utilisation.
  • Regularly review creative solutions, processes, guidelines, and platforms in collaboration with Client Leads to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and reduce costs. Ensure that all change is communicated cohesively across all relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee ASOS Media Group\'sad sales Customer Relationship Managementplatform (Salesforce) usage across teams and channel owners.
  • Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
  • Prioritise key projects, set timelines, and track progress to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

About You

  • Experience in a strategy or operations role.
  • Comes from a creative production background and understands how to resource and run a creative services team.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships, growth marketing, or agency-side work in retail (fashion, sports, beauty, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Has experience with Customer Relationship Managementsoftware (Salesforce).
  • Has a track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
  • Can break down complex problems and enjoys working with data.
  • Highly numerate with experience in yield management/pricing/sell through rates of advertising solutions.
  • Is a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently — both in writing and in person.
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Brings solid analytical skills and is comfortable with tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
