Stylists at ASOS are highly organised, creative and efficient future leadership figures, who have an eye for fashion, photography and seamless operations. As one of our Stylists, you will be working closely with Senior Stylists and Styling Managers at ASOS Creative Studios. You will support department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to help deliver the best e-commerce, social, AMG and Campaign assets in the industry for our 20-something customer.
What you'll be doing...
- Reporting directly into the Senior Stylists, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day running of the Styling team.
- Primarily consisting of styling in Creative Studios to support product page enrichment of 1000+ products per day.
- Styling from time-to-time on shoots for social, AMG, Campaigns and Homepage.
- Working with social and talent teams to ensure styling is aligned and strong across all areas of ASOS.
- Working within ASOS Creative Studios, you will be required to pull styling that will represent our products in the best way true to our ASOS aesthetic.
- Be required to work closely with the shoot team to ensure the shoot is executed to the highest standard.
- Ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to.
- Collaborating with the senior stylists and studios teams to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
- Adapting to different shoot types and styling trends and seasons.
- Encouraging team growth and development, ensuring the team are striving to support in the delivery of the department strategy.
- Contributing to team and departmental meetings.
- Supporting the team in following established processes to deliver agreed creative and quality standards in line with departmental strategy.
- Working with the Seniors and Managers to support the training and development of new full-timers.
- Encouraging the team to be authentic, brave and creative and to follow all company and departmental strategies, leading by example.
- Working closely with your Seniors and Management team to successfully deliver the department strategy.
- Build strong, professional and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.
- Demonstrating excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review, researching ideas and assessing competitors when required to ensure we are market leaders.
