Job Description
Stylists at ASOS are highly organized, creative, and efficient future leaders, with an eye for fashion, photography, and seamless operations. As a Stylist, you will work closely with Senior Stylists and Styling Managers at ASOS Creative Studios. Your role will support department efficiency while thinking commercially and innovatively to help deliver the best e-commerce, social, AMG, and Campaign assets for our 20-something customers. You have the ability to support a team with a creative, strategic, and operational mindset.
What you\’ll be doing…
- Reporting directly to the Senior Stylists, you will contribute to the day-to-day running of the Styling team.
- Primarily styling in Creative Studios to support product page enrichment of over 1000 products per day.
- Styling occasionally on shoots for social media, AMG, Campaigns, and Homepage.
- Collaborating with social and talent teams to ensure styling is aligned and strong across all areas of ASOS.
- Pulling styling that represents our products in the best way true to the ASOS aesthetic.
- Working closely with the shoot team to ensure high standards in shoot execution.
- Ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are met.
- Collaborating with senior stylists and studio teams to improve quality and efficiency.
- Adapting to different shoot types, styling trends, and seasons.
- Encouraging team growth and supporting departmental strategy delivery.
- Participating in team and departmental meetings.
- Supporting the team in following established processes to deliver quality standards.
- Assisting in training and developing new team members.
- Promoting authenticity, bravery, and creativity within the team, leading by example.
- Building strong, professional relationships with the wider studio team.
- Demonstrating excellent brand awareness by researching and assessing market and competitor trends.
