The Details
- Flexible Fulfilment
- Lead flexible fulfilment compliance, ensuring ASOS operates in line with card scheme rules, PSP/acquirer requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.
- Develop and maintain the Flexible Fulfilment Compliance Framework, identifying fraud/money laundering, bribery or corruption risks and implementing appropriate controls.
- Ensure that controls are scalable, embedded, and audit-ready.
- Define and/or apply risk appetite, customer risk ratings, and onboarding standards (Know Your Business Partner, Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Due Diligence) for flexible fulfilment partners and sellers.
- Maintain and manage the Flexible Fulfilment Compliance Risk Register, ensuring risks are tracked, mitigated, and evidenced to closure.
- Operate as a second line of defence, providing oversight and challenge to first line controls across flexible fulfilment and payments activities.
- Lead the development and maintenance of policies, standards, and procedures across flexible fulfilment and payments.
- Design and deliver training and awareness programmes within the remit of flexible fulfilment and payments (e.g. KYBP, AR obligations, financial crime) to ensure consistent understanding and accountability across teams.
- Conduct horizon scanning and regulatory impact assessments (e.g. FCA expectations, card scheme rule changes) to proactively prepare the business.
- Co-Branded Credit Card
- Oversee the Appointed Representative (AR) Regime for ASOS’ co-branded credit card.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of AR-related activities, ensuring they remain within permitted regulatory scope.
- Implement and maintain oversight and monitoring controls across AR activities (e.g. financial promotions, customer journeys, disclosures).
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Payments, Marketing, Commercial Technology, Finance and Customer Care to embed compliance into business processes and decision-making.
- Support regulatory engagement and investigations, including responses to law enforcement or external requests where required.

That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office.
