Wardrobe Management Co-ordinators at ASOS Studios are highly organised, efficient, future leadership figures, who have an eye for fashion, trends, styling, photography, and seamless operations. As a part of the styling team, you will be working closely with the Seniors, Team Leaders, Leads and Management at ASOS Studios. You will support department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to deliver the best e-commerce assets in the industry for our 20 something customer. You should have the ability to successfully be a part of and support a team with a creative, strategic, and operational mindset.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reporting directly to the Wardrobe Management Team leader, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day running of the Studio team, in particular the styling team.
  • This will primarily include maintaining the styling wardrobes available for the studio team to create outstanding shoots daily, from BAU to Focus Shoots while considering all product offerings available on site (studio model, non-model and location).
  • Working with Wardrobe Management Team leader to ensure the wardrobes are meeting the expected stock level and usage metrics.
  • Responsible for the management of all model family wardrobes.
  • Responsible for the replenishment of all styling underpinnings.
  • Supporting the stylings with the daily return of their styling samples.
  • Ordering and processing of styling samples.
  • Unpacking, prepping, tagging, and organising all wardrobe samples and props.
  • Tracking and reporting on all styling orders spends and budgets.
  • Processing return of styling samples back to the warehouse.
  • Working closely with other stakeholders of the department/business to ensure returns and reporting are efficiently managed.
  • Collaborating with the styling team to ensure the wardrobes are up to date with the most recent styling samples.
  • Ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to.
  • Collaborating with the senior stylists and studios teams to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Adapting to different shoot types, styling trends and seasons.
  • Working with Team Leader to support the training and development of new freelancers.
  • Working closely with your Management team to successfully deliver the department strategy.
  • Build strong, professional, and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.
  • Demonstrating excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review, researching ideas.
  • Support new workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes.
  • Delivering projects to support the department strategy and any other adhoc tasks defined by Team Leader and Manager.

  • Strong organisation, prioritising, time management and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in handling budgets and reporting.
  • Highly organised and proactive in decision making and problem-solving.
  • Have a can-do attitude with the ability to work well as part of the team.
  • Confident using Excel and has strong computer and reporting skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of an E-com studio environment and the processes evolved.
  • Must have an interest in fashion, trends and problem-solving.
