Manage, mentor and upskill the creative production team, and provide guidance and support on all projects.

Regularly evaluate and optimise (where needed) processes to guarantee efficiency and cost‑effective ways of working and to ensure we have the right partners and resources in place to support reactive and ongoing creative needs.

Oversee the development and execution of creative productions from concept to completion.

Act as a point of escalation and work quickly to creatively problem‑solve for challenges on projects and changes to business priorities.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements. Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders as well as external vendors, agents and artists.

Ensure productions are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsible for ensuring production budgets are accurate and aligned to the overall business objectives, all rights and clearances have been obtained, contracts are in place and best practice is always followed.

Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Lead improvements to the production processes within your area, making recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level and implementing that best practice across the department.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Creative Producer Manager or in a similar leadership role, having delivered complex productions and managing a team successfully.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience driving improvements to ways of working and processes.
  • In‑depth knowledge of creative production processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a proven track record of innovative projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with budgeting, risk assessments, permitting, contracting and other production administration.
  • Has working knowledge of latest technologies/techniques ensuring we’re using the most effective means for creative operations and production.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a high‑pressure environment.
