Job Description:
- Lead the development and execution of creative productions, from stills and video shoots to events and talent activations.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative professionals both internally and externally to ensure the shoot aligns with the creative vision and brief goals.
- Manage budgets and production timelines to ensure shoots are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of shoots, ensuring all equipment and props are in place.
- Provide creative direction and feedback during shoots to achieve desired outcomes, and ensure the crew are keeping to schedule.
- Handle any logistical issues that arise during pre-production and the shoot.
- Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for shoot locations.
- Work with internal resources to manage risks assessments, contracts, and any other production admin that's required.
- Maintain clear communication with the team, brands and stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Support the team post-shoot on moving assets through post-production and meeting deadlines set out by the Creative Project Manager.
- Mentor and support Creative Producers and other team members.
- Support our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Creative Producer or similar role, having delivered a variety of different production types.
- Strong understanding of creative production processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with proven track record of innovative projects.
- Proficient with budgeting, risk assessments, permitting, contracting and other production admin.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
