As a PXHub Administrator, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for ASOSers by keeping them at the centre of every interaction. You’ll be the first point of contact for PX (People Experience) queries, managing the PXHub inbox with accuracy and care, while also supporting the smooth onboarding of new starters and helping ensure they have a great experience from day one.

The Details

  • Manage and respond to ASOSer queries across the employee lifecycle through the PX Hub inbox, prioritising urgent requests.
  • Deliver a customer-focused service, applying the right process or policy to resolve queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and process transactional requests in Workday for PX teams.
  • Partner with PX Partnering and Centres of Excellence to share trends, insights and escalations, keeping relevant teams informed.
  • Manage new starter and leaver processes end to end, completing compliance checks, issuing contracts and discount codes, and maintaining accurate payroll audit trails.
  • Work closely with Payroll to complete monthly checks and ensure starter and leaver documentation is submitted on time.
  • Complete month-end system changes on time to support downstream processes and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports for PX Partners, PX teams and other stakeholders.
  • Work with PX Systems on requests and updates to automated processes, ensuring changes follow the right controls.
  • Work with PX Advisors and PX Partners to keep standard letters and contracts accurate and up to date.
  • Manage absence records, advise on family-friendly policies, and process Company Sick Pay, SSP and AWOL accurately.
  • Manage external reference requests, including mortgages, employment and tenancy checks.
  • Look for opportunities to improve and streamline processes, keeping up to date with relevant changes.
  • Support additional administration and special projects as needed across PX teams.

  • This role will suit an existing HR administrator who can prioritise effectively, problem solve with confidence and apply HR knowledge to resolve queries successfully.
  • We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, the right behaviours and attitude, and a genuine eagerness to learn and keep improving.
  • You’ll be someone who is always ready to support different parts of the business, goes above and beyond to deliver great service, and brings strong customer service skills to every interaction.

About You

  • Previous HR administration experience (desirable), delivering excellent customer service whilst managing a number of conflicting priorities.
  • Self-starter with a problem solving initiative driven approach to HR Administration.
  • Driven and motivated professional with a genuine passion for promoting positive team spirit and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Proven IT experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Aptitude for numbers, data input, absorbing lots of information, willing to learn a lot and take on responsibility.
  • A whizz at keeping information confidential and 100% discreet.
  • Methodical, accurate and organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Being professional, polite and resilient at all times.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills to provide first-class customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong time management, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively, flexing to the needs of the business.
