We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to manage and oversee the production of photo and video shoots. The Creative Producer will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the shoot from pre-production planning to post-production wrap-up. This role requires strong organisational skills, creative vision, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the successful execution of all productions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots including location scouting, talent booking (if required), and scheduling.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists and other creative professionals both internally and externally to ensure the shoot aligns with the creative vision and brief goals.
- Manage budgets and production timelines to ensure shoots are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of shoots, ensuring all equipment and props are in place.
- Provide creative direction and feedback during shoots to achieve desired outcomes and ensure the crew are keeping to schedule.
- Handle any logistical issues that arise during pre-production and the shoot.
- Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for shoot locations.
- Work with internal resources to manage risk assessments, contracts and any other production admin that’s required.
- Maintain clear communication with the team, brands and stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Support the team post-shoot on moving assets through post-production and meeting deadlines set out by the Creative Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of creative production processes.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with budgeting, risk assessments, permitting, contracting and other production admin.
