Company Description
We're ASOS. We blend our flair for fashion with our love of cutting-edge technology, but more importantly we're interested in how we can bring the best out of you. We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you're free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions. Through our Fashion with Integrity strategy we are driving diversity, equity and inclusion across every aspect of ASOS and ensuring every ASOSer can be their authentic self at work. We want our people to be whoever they want to be, because we believe people who bring their best selves to work, do their best work.
Job Description
As an Account Management Assistant within the ASOS Partner Fulfilment Programme, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth of a key commercial initiative aimed at enhancing the ASOS customer experience. This programme enables ASOS Partner Brands to sell their inventory directly to ASOS customers, increasing size availability and expanding choice across our brand portfolio. With an ambitious target for Partner Fulfilment to contribute 5% of total ASOS GMV by 2025, your work will directly support this strategic goal.
You'll provide critical administrative support to help develop strong account relationships and ensure that locally relevant product ranges are made available to our 20-something customer. Working collaboratively across the Commercial Operations function, you'll help ensure the programme runs smoothly by managing samples, updating the critical path, and raising styles in line with partner brand deadlines. Your contribution will help maximise trading opportunities and ensure our partner brands are set up for success on the platform.
The Details…
- Support the Account Manager in developing strong relationships with Partner Brands to drive engagement and trading success.
- Maintain a structured sample critical path for each brand to ensure timely delivery and smooth onboarding.
- Monitor Article Status Reports to identify and resolve visibility issues, helping maximise product exposure and sales.
- Collaborate with Buying teams to raise additional ranges accurately and ensure samples are ready for studio handover.
- Provide consistent administrative support by keeping trackers, reports, and shared files up to date.
- Take part in market reviews to analyse competitor activity and suggest new brand partnership opportunities.
- Engage with the ASOS Commercial Academy to build your commercial knowledge and develop key skills.
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
Qualifications About You
Ideally, you'll have experience in a relevant field such as buying or merchandising admin, retail operations, wholesale support, or fashion-related internships. You're comfortable using tools like Excel or PLM systems, and you have a good understanding of fashion retail, whether that’s through direct experience or transferable skills from customer service, project coordination, or admin roles.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records (e.g. sample management, critical path updates).
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring product data is correct and styles are raised accurately and on time.
- Strong communication skills, especially when liaising with internal teams and external brand partners.
- A proactive mindset, taking initiative, identifying potential issues early, and suggesting thoughtful improvements to processes.
