Stylists at ASOS are highly organized, efficient, future leaders with an eye for fashion, photography, and seamless operations. As a Stylist, you will work closely with Seniors, Team Leaders, Leads, and Management at ASOS Studios. You will support department efficiency, think commercially and innovatively, and deliver the best e-commerce assets for our 20-something customers. You have the ability to work as part of and support a team with a creative, strategic, and operational mindset.

What you'll be doing...

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Stylists, contributing to the daily running of the Styling team, including product page enrichment of 1000+ products per day.
  • Pulling styling that best represents our products and aligns with the ASOS aesthetic.
  • Collaborating with the shoot team to ensure high standards in shoot execution.
  • Ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are met.
  • Working with senior stylists and studio teams to identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements.
  • Adapting to different shoot types, styling trends, and seasons.
  • Encouraging team growth and development, supporting departmental strategy.
  • Participating in team and departmental meetings.
  • Supporting the team in following established processes to meet creative and quality standards.
  • Assisting in training and developing new full-time team members.
  • Promoting authenticity, bravery, and creativity within the team, leading by example.
  • Building strong, professional relationships with the wider studio team.
  • Maintaining brand awareness by researching and assessing competition and market trends.
  • Supporting workflow improvements to streamline practices and processes.
  • Delivering projects aligned with departmental strategy and supporting ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Styling Lead and Manager.
