The Shared Services HR (PX) Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the administration and advisor teams based within the shared service. This role will ensure the day-to-day running of the hub team operates to the highest level of customer service and that all processes are conducted effectively and compliantly across the UK and global population of ASOSers.
This role is pivotal in developing and embedding the Shared Services Model in ASOS to make use of the existing technology and roll out a tiered approach within the shared service and continually looking to improve efficiencies and drive decision making through data.
The Details- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the PX shared services Admin and Advisor teams to ensure continued effective delivery of all employee lifecycle actions.
- Manage and oversee our HRIS System (Workday) to ensure we are utilising the system functionality to harmonise with existing PX processes.
- Ensure that employee life cycle service routines are managed effectively and in the most efficient way possible.
- Work closely within the wider Shared Service Teams (Payroll and ER Team).
- Act as an escalation point for any transactional processes within PX and the business.
- Responsible for ensuring that core policies and templates are always up-to-date and relevant to Global Legislation, UK Legislation and employment law at all times.
- Own and maintain all PX policies ensuring they are updated with changing legislation across all territories.
- Monitor employment legislation development, assess the impact and develop processes, policies and communication as needed to maintain compliance.
- Coach and develop your team to ensure a continually well-developed and engaged team who maintain high standards of delivery and customer service.
- Maintain PX data quality and ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Project work as relevant to scope of role / PX team.
- Be an ambassador for the People Experience Team and play an active role in the PX and Business communities, establishing a credible voice and reputation for action, results and living the ASOS values.
- Make a positive and impactful contribution to ASOS culture and future success as we scale globally.
