Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hair Manager to lead our in-house hairstyling team, working across fast-paced e-commerce fashion shoots. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring all models are styled to the highest standard, reflecting the brand’s aesthetic and aligning with creative direction.
As Hair Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hairstyling team, maintain consistency in hair looks across all shoots, and collaborate closely with the styling, makeup, photography, and production teams. You will play a central role in shaping the hair direction for campaigns and online product imagery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of hairstylists across multiple e-commerce shoots.

Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in hair styling across all brands and categories.

Work closely with the creative and styling leads to define and implement hair guidelines that align with seasonal fashion trends and brand identity.

Manage scheduling and resource planning for hair team coverage across studio operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior hairstylist or hair manager within a fashion, e-commerce, or editorial environment.
