ASOS are the highly organised leadership figures, who have an eye for fashion, photography and seamless operations. As one of our Seniors, you will be working closely with the Leads, Team Leaders, Management and wider senior teams. You will support department efficiency, whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to deliver the best e-commerce assets in the industry for our 20 something customer.

You have the ability to successfully support a team with a creative, strategic and operational mindset. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the Styling team. This will primarily include product page enrichment of ****+ products per day, ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to by working closely with the wider studio department.

Be able to lead and demonstrate the understanding and knowledge of how to execute the ASOS aesthetics across different shoot types. With our customer at the forefront of your thinking and leadership, you will invest in creating great content that will build brand affinity, drive growth and inspire our customer.

Troubleshooting and problem solving throughout the day's shooting for you and your team, escalating relevant issues. Style CTAs and focus shoots to the highest standard working closely with retail and other studio departments to deliver exciting engaging content.

Working within the ASOS studios, you will be required to select and arrange styling that will represent our product in a young, cool and fashion relevant way. Execute all content to the highest standard that is aligned with our shoot guides, ASOS aesthetic and studios direction.

Contribute, develop and lead the team in the product presentation of the ASOS visual aesthetic, image quality and studios content offering. Adapting to different shooting methods and with a creative, strategic and operational mindset.

Build strong, professional and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team. Apply excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review, researching ideas and assessing competition when required to ensure we are market leaders.

Monitoring the Styling team performance KPIs/SLAs and collaborating with the Lead to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency. Conducting regular 1-2-1s with your direct reports, reviewing personal objectives, ensuring they are supported and guided, and their skill set is developed, and progression assessed.

Constantly assess and contribute to the succession plan within your team. Encouraging team growth and development through objectives and training, ensuring the team are striving to support in the delivery of the department strategy.

Support in leading the team and contributing to departmental meetings and styling and trend updates. Be recognised as an aspirational figure within your team and the wider department.

Guiding the team to follow established processes to deliver agreed creative and quality standards in line with departmental strategy. Working with the Lead to support selection, interview process and onboard new full-timers.

Simultaneously help maintain a high-quality freelance pool with the Lead to augment the team when volume requires. Support the deployment of full-time and freelance team resource to optimise the collective team skill set including support of day-to-day management in response to absence.

Encouraging the team to be authentic, brave and creative and to follow all company and departmental strategies, leading by example. Responsible for developing and implementing your leadership style and communication in line with ASOS Behaviours policy.

Supporting the scheduling alongside the lead stylist ensuring we accommodate all shoots by using competent excel skills and resource management strategies. Working closely with other Seniors, Team Leaders, Leads and Management team to successfully deliver the department strategy.

Demonstrate excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review, researching ideas and assessing competition when required to ensure we are market leaders. Support new workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes.

Contribute to departmental technology software and hardware launches when required. Delivering projects to support the department strategy and any other ad-hoc tasks defined by the Lead Styling and Studio Manager.
