Job Description
THE ROLE
As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting with the day‑to‑day management, site trading and optimisation for Topshop.com and eu.Topshop.com across devices. This will also include brand visibility and optimisation across ASOS.com channels and devices. Reporting into the Digital Trading Manager, you will support trade and help to optimise the customer journeys with a focus on balancing commercial & brand priorities, ensuring to maximise the onsite Customer experience and drive conversion.
Day to day
- Support with the planning & execution of homepage and navigation updates across all sites and devices
- Managing onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across markets and enhancing the search experience
- Ownership of PLP & Visual Merchandising strategy roll out
- Leadership of CRM cadence including picking of products and providing links for emails
- Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and customer journey
- Supporting the team to produce trade reports by utilising a range of customer engagement reporting tools and interpreting the reporting data to optimise the customer journey
- Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure category expansion is a priority
- Working closely with relevant teams to support and execute trade events and other initiatives
- Supporting with campaign launches, rollout of new features and digital products
KEY SKILLS
- Organisational and coordination skills
- Experience of using online merchandising and reporting systems, is preferable but not required (I.e. Shopify)
- Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology‑based environment
- Commercially aware, customer obsessed with the ability to use initiative and intuition
- Excellent communicator with good motivational & leadership skills
- Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues
