We are seeking a creative and commercially-minded content specialist to ensure the successful elevation of Topshop and Topman’s brand image across all our retail channels. Reporting into the Global Head of Trade, as a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand content is used effectively across our retail channels.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of content including editing, testing and analysing performance. The role is based in our London HQ and will report into the Global Head of Trading, TOPSHOP & TOPMAN, and will work closely with the TSTM Product, Marketing and Performance & Insights teams.

Qualifications

  • Be responsible for ensuring our brand content is used effectively across our retail channels, support the effective use of content across our marketing channels.
  • Build and schedule content pages in the CMS (Sitecore) in line with content plans for the Brands.
  • Co-ordinate the testing of content, analyse content performance and communicate results, reporting weekly and monthly.
  • Be the expert on how content performs across territories and channels.
  • Bring your expertise into the content planning process, working closely with the design, product, marketing and wholesale team to ensure effective delivery of campaigns, product launches and retail moments.
  • Work with the broader trade and wholesale team to support the effective use of content across all channels including any offline retail, pop-ups and wholesale partners.
  • Work with our Digital Product and Technology teams to optimize site structure to bring an innovative, elevated and exciting brand experience for the customer while maximizing its efficiency.
  • Act as a super user to provide support and training to other users of the CMS around the business, test new CMS features and functionality and feed back to the Technology team.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues.
