Job Description
We’re looking for two organised and proactive Admin Assistants to join our Business Support team at ASOS. You’ll work closely with Senior Business Support Admins and Leads, providing essential administrative and data entry support to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a hybrid role, based at our Camden Head Office 3–4 days a week, and both positions are 12-month FTCs.
Full training will be provided to enable you to:
- Assisting with admin tasks on ASOS Buying and delivery systems (Oracle Merch Management, MicroStrategy, Microsoft applications and more).
- Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and support in making amendments when required.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of product or system information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Ensuring daily and weekly KPI’s are met consistently within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organised records of tasks and relevant documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Senior Business Support Admins as needed.
- Support the Business Operational Support Strategy,
- Maintain a high level of understanding of key operations projects and processes, actively seeking opportunities to develop own skills.
