You will be…

  • Responsible for the smooth-running day to day of the Merchandising department
  • Forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales plans and margin/profit targets for the department
  • Monitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities, as well as potential risk/loss
  • Working closely with the Buying teams to successfully range plan for the department
  • Participating in trade meetings with Heads of and Directors
  • Evaluating the running of the department, whilst focusing on lead times and general performance
  • Developing and managing an MA to encourage their development
  • Managing the WSSI and supporting trade plans

About You

You’re passionate about fashion, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and understand what our ASOS Design Menswear customer loves. You bring solid merchandising experience, strong commercial awareness, and the confidence to support and own key areas of the business while building great relationships across teams and suppliers.

  • Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or within a fashion retail Merchandising team
  • Strong understanding of 20‑something culture and the ASOS Design Menswear customer, with trend awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
  • Experience managing weekly sales, stock, and intake, plus confidence contributing to trade meetings
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills; knowledge of reporting tools is a bonus
