TOPSHOP and TOPMAN are iconic British fashion brands with 60 years of heritage. Headquartered in London, the brands have over 2 million customers worldwide through the ASOS platform and generate approximately Β£200m in brand sales. Following the formation of a joint venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone, cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of the TOPSHOP and TOPMAN brands. The brands will benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while maintaining creative freedom and agility. Over the next 12 months, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will expand their offline and online retail presence, including the launch of Topshop.com.

We are seeking a data-driven, commercially-minded Trading Manager to optimize our customer experience and sales performance on Topshop.com. This role involves analyzing trading performance, responding to changes in customer behavior through insights, and making informed trading decisions to minimize risks and seize opportunities. Based in our London HQ, the role reports to the Global Head of Trading, TOPSHOP & TOPMAN, and collaborates closely with the TSTM Product, Marketing, and Performance & Insights teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Forecasting, monitoring, analyzing, and explaining KPI trends.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities within KPIs, recommending operational actions, and overseeing testing of these actions.
  • Analyzing and optimizing our proposition by market.
  • Implementing our pricing and promotional strategies successfully.
  • Working with the brand and digital marketing teams to optimize regional marketing activities and spend.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on local market, industry, and peer performance analysis.
  • Staying updated on innovations in ecommerce, online fashion retailing, and logistics that could impact trade performance.
