Job Description
Stylists at ASOS are highly organised, creative and efficient future leaders who have an eye for fashion, photography and seamless operations. As one of our Stylists, you will work closely with Senior Stylists and Styling Managers at ASOS Creative Studios. You will support department efficiency while thinking commercially and innovatively to help deliver the best e‑commerce, social, AMG and Campaign assets for our 20‑something customers.
Working location: London, England, United Kingdom – office 5 days a week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Report directly into Senior Stylists and contribute to the day‑to‑day running of the Styling team.
- Style in Creative Studios to support product page enrichment of 1,000+ products per day.
- Style on shoots for social, AMG, Campaigns and Homepage on a part‑time basis.
- Work with social and talent teams to ensure styling is aligned and strong across all areas of ASOS.
- Pull styling that represents our products in the best way true to the ASOS aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the senior stylists and studios teams to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
- Adapt to different shoot types, styling trends and seasons.
- Encourage team growth and development, ensuring the team supports the delivery of the department strategy.
- Contribute to team and departmental meetings and follow established processes to deliver agreed creative and quality standards.
- Support senior managers in training and developing new full‑timers.
- Lead by example, encouraging authenticity, bravery and creativity, and adhere to company and departmental strategies.
- Build strong, professional and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.
- Demonstrate excellent brand awareness by identifying areas for review and researching ideas and competitors.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a solid background in fashion styling.
- Ability to adapt and execute different styling trends and shoot types.
- Capability to translate styling trends into our shoots while maintaining the ASOS aesthetic.
- Highly organised and proactive in decision making and problem solving.
- Can‑do attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational, prioritising and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi‑task and think creatively as a stylist.
