We blend our flair for fashion with our love of cutting-edge technology, but more importantly, we’re interested in how we can bring the best out of you. We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.
Want to be a part of the team responsible for targeted, personalised, global delivery of content here at ASOS? We’re obsessed with delivering great customer experiences and our content is integral to that. As a Software Engineer in the Content Platform Team, you’ll be using cutting-edge technology to deliver content globally and at a huge scale. We are using one of the latest versions of Sitecore CMS (v10) and working directly with the Sitecore Product Teams to push the product to its limits and beyond. We work extensively with Sitecore to deliver a world-class implementation.
Operating in an organisation that follows a Micro-Services architecture means that the Content Platform Team not only delivers CMS solutions but also APIs and services built on Azure Kubernetes Service to distribute and scale the solutions. Everything is delivered on Azure and we have a clear strategic vision to evolve our platform in Azure in line with Microsoft’s technology roadmap. We use automated deployment pipelines, exploring the limitations of all our tech and following the highest engineering and DevOps principles.
You would be part of a team that owns, builds, and runs the entire platform. This is a team where the culture drives delivery – not the other way round. We are focused on people development (both technical and personal); on doing the right thing; and on having fun whilst doing it. We work in mature, well-disciplined, self-organising scrum teams; and you’ll be part of an awesome Engineering community, who are passionate about personal development, skills development, coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
If you are a driven Software Engineer that wants to work with the best tech, on innovative customer experiences, in an amazing team, with great potential for personal growth and development, then we would really like to hear from you.
