ASOS STUDIOS – Midweight Wardrobe Co‑ordinator
Job Description
Wardrobe Management co‑ordinators at ASOS Studios are highly organised, efficient, operationally led individuals who have a passion for trends, operations, and thrive to work in a fast‑paced eCommerce environment. As a part of the styling team, you will work closely with all stylists to ensure the wardrobes are seamlessly managed to support all shoots within the ASOS Studios across dual studio sites.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting directly into the Wardrobe Manager and contributing to the day‑to‑day running of the Studio team, specifically the styling team.
Maintaining the styling wardrobes available for the styling team to create authentic, inspiring shoots daily.
Supporting the Wardrobe Manager with ongoing projects and collaborating to improve workflow.
Replenishing and ordering styling underpinnings to continually replenish wardrobes across dual studio sites.
Unpacking, prepping, tagging, barcoding and organising all wardrobe samples.
Processing returns of styling samples.
Supporting “Buy the Look” initiatives, ensuring wardrobes adhere to stock KPI\'s and contributing to removal of items based on metrics.
Collaborating with stylists and studio team to keep wardrobes up to date with the latest samples.
Ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are met.
Identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
Adapting to different shoot types, styling trends and seasons.
Building strong, professional, and collaborative relationships with the wider studio team.
Demonstrating confidence in problem solving and proactively showing the ASOS ABCD values.
Actively seeking improvements in wardrobe management processes.
Delivering projects to support the department strategy and ad‑hoc tasks defined by the Wardrobe Manager.
Qualifications
Strong organisation, prioritisation, time‑management and communication skills.
Proven experience handling samples.
Highly organised and proactive in decision making and problem solving.
Can‑do attitude with ability to work well as part of a team.
Confident using Excel, learning new systems and reporting skills.
