This is the Senior Product Manager – Brand Experiences role, sitting in the Customer Experience team. Your mission is to make brands feel alive on ASOS — rich in identity, story and relevance — while ensuring experiences are commercially effective and operationally scalable. As the focal point of a dedicated and cross‐functional squad, you'll have the freedom to decide how to meet ambitious goals, delivering high‐impact brand‐led experiences that drive discovery, engagement and commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Brand Experiences, spanning customer‐facing brand pages, shop‐within‐shop experiences, and brand loyalty mechanics such as following brands.
- Translate customer insight, behavioural signals and UX craft into intuitive, high‐impact product experiences.
- Deliver engaging, intuitive brand discovery and browsing experiences that balance inspiration, storytelling and commercial effectiveness.
- Lead the development of internal tools and workflows that enable ASOS teams to onboard, manage and scale brand content and assets efficiently and consistently.
- Coordinate complex initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, Commercial and Brand stakeholders around a clear direction and shared outcomes.
- Champion high‐quality UX and craft, ensuring brand experiences feel distinctive, coherent and on‐brand while remaining easy to use and maintain.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in e‐commerce, fashion or consumer‐facing platforms.
- Strong track record in launching 0–1 mobile‐first products.
- Constantly pushes UI boundaries to elevate the experience, with a strong pulse on industry trends and OS capabilities.
- Comfortable working in agile, full‐stack, cross‐functional teams and motivating everyone to deliver at pace.
- Data‐driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, using tools like Power BI, Mixpanel, UserTesting.com and Optimizely.
- Pragmatic strategic thinker who can create clarity in ambiguity, align teams quickly, and translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience building brand‐led experiences is a strong advantage.
