ASOS Media Group works with partner brands across ASOS’s audience touch points, and collaborates with design, creative, fashion, production and commercial retail teams to implement strategic marketing campaigns on and off ASOS’s owned and operated properties.
Responsibilities:
- Help grow ASOS’s retail media advertising business.
- Manage a portfolio of brand partners within the Fashion and/or Face & Body categories, owning the marketing and media relationship with each brand and holding direct media agency relationships.
- Work closely with brand senior decision makers to define and implement digital marketing strategy and tactics using ASOS’s suite of advertising products and creative solutions.
- Build the brand partner’s advertising plan, manage the portfolio’s advertising investment, and align closely with ASOS’s retail team to support and advance partner goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a client‑facing digital marketing or sales role.
- Proven track record within a target‑driven environment.
- Proven experience in building and managing client and internal company relationships.
- Strong grounding in digital marketing principles, with experience in the Fashion and/or Face & Body retail categories highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of brands’ marketing and media strategies.
- Strong understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising.
- Experience with Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously.
- High levels of digital literacy are mandatory; PC literate (Microsoft Office including advanced Excel).
- Self‑motivated team player, enthusiastic, and a tenacious attitude.
- Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines.
- Calm temperament.
