- Elevating our product: Infuse your mid-market luxury expertise into our collections, focusing on premium fabric sourcing, intricate detailing, and superior fit.
- Chasing trends: Constantly research global street style, runway shows, and cultural shifts to ensure our premium ranges are ahead of the curve.
- Collaborating across teams: Work hand-in-hand with our Buyers, Pattern Cutters, and Garment Technologists to bring your vision to life without compromising on quality or pace.
- Presenting with impact: Pitch your concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and passion.
- Arrange Daywear Focus: Manage the design & product development for Denim, Knitwear, Tailoring, Outerwear, Casual Jersey & Woven Separates.
WHO YOU ARE

- Multi product expert: You have experience of working with multiple apparel categories & knowledge of eveningwear/embellishment.
- Perfect eye for print: You have experience of building inspirational print collections.
- Fabric and fit obsessed: You have an eye for detail and a deep understanding of premium garment construction, patternmaking, tailoring, and fabric behaviour.
- Commercial yet creative: You know how to balance a high-end design aesthetic with the commercial reality of what sells online.
- A fast-paced thinker: You thrive in an environment that moves quickly and can easily pivot when new trends emerge.
- A digital native: You are highly proficient in Procreate, Photoshop, and the latest AI Digital Design Tools, with a killer portfolio that showcases your luxury sensibility.
