As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll play a central role in driving cross‑functional analytics that shape how we plan, build, and optimise across both ASOS Brands and Partner Brands. Your insights will help ensure ASOS delivers a curated mix of own‑brand collections and third‑party labels that reflect trend‑led design, inclusive sizing, and global style perspectives, tailored for our fashion‑loving customers.
You’ll lead analytical workstreams across key initiatives such as Test & React, Partner Fulfilment, and Customer Funnel optimisation, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that drive alignment and impact across teams. This is a high‑visibility role at the intersection of data, product, and strategy, where your work will directly influence product development, enhance customer experience, and unlock commercial growth at scale.

Qualifications About You
You’re a curious, commercially minded problem solver, with a track record of driving impact through experimentation, product optimisation, and strategic analysis. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and want to be part of a data‑driven culture that values experimentation and innovation. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in product analytics, strategy or insight roles within high‑growth or start‑up environments; retail or e‑commerce experience would be beneficial
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, Adobe and data visualisation tools like Power BI. Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
- Confidence working with large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences
- A natural curiosity, a bias toward action, and a passion for improving products and experiences
