We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Creative Project Manager with experience working with asset management in a digital media environment. This role will be assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of creative assets for digital media campaigns. You will work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Account Managers and Partner Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and creative-minded individual to develop their project management experience within a fast-paced environment.
The Details
- Managing creative asset production and process for digital campaigns including onsite display ads, email, push notifications, APP and Web placements
- Delivering asset variations via our creative automation tool Storyteq
- Maintaining version control across imagery and copy for creative deliverables
- Ensuring all creative assets meet brand guidelines and technical requirements
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and supplier brands to collate and sign off creative assets
- Periodically reviewing process; suggesting and implementing any efficiencies
- Managing project planning, timelines and internal resource via a Project Management tool
- Organising translations and artworking via supporting agencies
- Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies
Qualifications About You
- Project management or asset management experience ideally within an agency
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ITG Workflow, Monday.com, Jira)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with creative teams and technical stakeholders
- Calm temperament
- Experience delivering assets using a creative automation tool is a plus
