Job Description As part of the Sourcing and Technical leadership team, the Head of Quality Improvement and Assurance will drive end-to-end quality strategy, ensuring best-in-class standards in materials, fit, construction, and supplier compliance. They will oversee QA processes, defect prevention, return rate reduction, and supplier incentives for consistent high-quality output, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product durability and customer satisfaction. You will... Define and enforce quality & fit benchmarks aligned with industry leaders Lead QA & QC processes (supplier audits, batch testing, real-time defect tracking) Oversee fabric & garment testing, pre-shipment inspections, and lab compliance Develop supplier incentives for quality consistency and accountability Improve speed-to-market while maintaining quality standards Implement data-driven monitoring and AI-powered defect detection Track KPIs: defect rates, first-pass approval rates, return reasons, and supplier compliance Lead and build a strong Quality Improvement and Assurance team, providing clear direction and development to the team and encouraging collaborative ways of working Motivate and engage the team through recognition and regular feedback Lead and drive business-wide initiatives and projects, positively influencing and championing change Build and leverage relationships with a network of appropriate internal and external stakeholders to deliver and evolve strategy. Qualifications About You A confident leader with significant industry experience in fashion quality assurance & improvement Expertise in garment construction, fabric, fit, and supplier management Strong background in QA automation, compliance, and real-time monitoring tools Data-driven, proactive, and collaborative across buying, design, and logistics Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills An effective and inclusive management style, role modeling positive behaviors and providing the team with clear direction and development Additional Information What\'s in it for you?
