Job Description
As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will support day‑to‑day management, site trading and optimisation for the ASOS website(s) across devices. You will report to the Digital Trading Specialist and help optimise the customer journeys, balancing commercial and brand priorities to maximise onsite customer experience and drive conversion for your focused market and categories.
Responsibilities
- Ensure website standards are maintained to maximise business performance and customer journey.
- Support the team to produce trade reports (including category and search) by utilising a range of customer engagement reporting tools e.g., curated PLP reports.
- Interpret reporting data to optimise the customer journey.
- Manage and optimise the category and navigation structure across channels/devices.
- Manage onsite search, ensuring optimal configuration across markets and enhancing the search experience.
- Support homepage and promo processes and wider stakeholder management.
- Work closely with relevant teams to support and execute trade events and other initiatives.
- Support campaign launches, rollout of new features and digital products.

Qualifications
- Organisational and coordination skills.
- Experience of using online merchandising systems is preferable but not required.
- Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology‑based environment.
