Headquartered in London, the brands have over 2 million customers worldwide through the ASOS platform and generate approximately £200m in sales. Following the formation of a joint venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone, cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of TOPSHOP and TOPMAN. These brands will benefit from ASOS\’s infrastructure and resources, while maintaining the creative freedom and agility of standalone brands. The next 12 months will focus on expanding the brands\’ offline and online retail presence, including the launch of Topshop.com. Job Description We are seeking a creative and commercially-minded Content Specialist to elevate Topshop and Topman’s brand image across all retail channels. Reporting to the Global Head of Trade, you will manage content across retail channels, including editing, testing, and analyzing performance. This role is based at our London headquarters and reports to the Global Head of Trading, TOPSHOP & TOPMAN. You will collaborate closely with the TSTM Product, Marketing, and Performance & Insights teams. Qualifications Ensure effective use of brand content across retail and marketing channels. Build and schedule content pages in the CMS (Sitecore) according to content plans. Coordinate content testing, analyze performance, and report weekly and monthly results. Provide expertise on content performance across territories and channels, influencing content planning and campaign execution. Support the broader trade and wholesale teams in content utilization, including offline retail, pop-ups, and wholesale partners. Collaborate with Digital Product and Technology teams to optimize site structure for an innovative and engaging brand experience. Act as a super user, providing support and training on CMS functionalities, testing new features, and providing feedback to the Technology team. Candidate Profile Creative, commercial, and proactive mindset. Proven experience in ecommerce and content management systems. Experience within an elevated fashion brand is preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to produce fast, accurate work. Strong analytical skills to interpret and report on content performance. Troubleshooting skills and issue resolution.
