We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive Content & Digital Specialist to help bring our EU ROW digital strategy to life. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of content, creative, and e-commerce, and plays a key part in supporting the Content team with the delivery, execution, and maintenance of onsite content pages (homepages, hubs, and landing pages) across web and app platforms. You’ll be hands‑on in the CMS – curating and uploading content accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth site refreshes, as well as assisting with search configuration, visual merchandising, CRM activity, and paid social content.
The Details
Site Content & Visual Merchandising
- Build and schedule content pages in the CMS (Sitecore) in line with briefs and content plans.
- Supporting the day‑to‑day homepage, hub, and landing page updates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery.
- Assist with campaign activations, promotions, and sale launches by preparing assets, localising content, and publishing pages.
- Carry out QA checks across devices to ensure a smooth, error‑free customer experience.
- Monitor live content daily, flagging and escalating issues where needed.
- Execute reactive content updates with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the EU ROW trade teams to curate PLPs that showcase products in a compelling, trend‑led way.
- Maintain content calendars, documentation, and trackers to support team organisation.
- Compile performance reports and snapshots, providing insights to the wider business.
CRM & Paid Social Support
- Help populate PLPs, assign links, and maintain campaign tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Trading & Campaign Execution
- Support with campaign set‑up and execution.
- Assist with implementing selling strategies for seasonal sales, key trading events, product launches, and any cultural moments.
- Help streamline the homepage update process by coordinating briefs, assets, and deadlines.
Trend Awareness & Reporting
- Keep an eye on fashion trends and customer preferences to help inform future campaigns.
- Assist with tracking performance of content and campaigns.
We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision‑making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
