Job Description
You are passionate about working with ASOS’s brand partners to understand their business and marketing challenges and objectives so you can build marketing and media plans on and off ASOS owned and operated properties. A strategic and operational role supporting the advertising sales team. You will have the range of ASOS’s current and future advertising product suite at your disposal to build marketing and media plans for your brand partner clients ranging from sponsored ads, display advertising, social media, targeted mobile and email communications, through to our flagship ‘ASOS Creates’ creative solutions. This combined with a developing audience targeting and measurement proposition provide exciting marketing solutions for your brand partners.
As an Account Manager you will work closely with the sales and production teams on a set portfolio of strategic brand partners to manage these accounts and campaigns, build media plans that address client objectives for upcoming campaigns and then to compile post campaign analysis to evaluate results. You will be inquisitive and strategic in building, and then evaluating plans and working with clients to iterate and improve on past successes. You’ll not only dive deep into data to understand trends, but also explain and communicate the results and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. The Account Manager’s strategic digital expertise and influence is crucial to unlocking greater value and impact for our brand partners.

Qualifications
About You
- Experience in a client facing role within digital marketing, analytics, campaign analysis
- Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display and/or search marketing
- Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
- Good understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising
- Develop annual media strategies for growth based on overall goals and objectives
- Develop campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations
- Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data
- Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy
- Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
- High levels of digital literacy; PC literate (Microsoft Office inc. advanced Excel)
- Self-motivated team player, enthusiastic, and a tenacious attitude
- Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines
