As a Lead Product Analyst, you'll play a central role in driving cross-functional analytics that shape how we plan, build, and optimise across both ASOS Brands and Partner Brands. Your insights will help ensure ASOS delivers a curated mix of own-brand collections and third-party labels that reflect trend-led design, inclusive sizing, and global style perspectives, tailored for our fashion-loving 20-something customers.

You’ll lead analytical workstreams across key initiatives such as Test & React, Partner Fulfilment, and Customer Funnel optimisation, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that drive alignment and impact across teams. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of data, product, and strategy, where your work will directly influence product development, enhance customer experience, and unlock commercial growth at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product analytics across key initiatives, surfacing insights that shape product strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that centralise key metrics and enable deep dives across teams.
  • Own end-to-end experimentation analysis, delivering iteration guidance and strategic recommendations.
