ASOS is seeking an experienced Strategy and Operations Manager to join our dynamic Merchandising team in London. This pivotal role combines strategic planning with operational excellence, driving our merchandise planning capabilities in the fast-paced world of online fashion retail. As a key member of the merchandising function, you will work closely with the Merchandising Director and leadership team to optimise planning processes, ensure data accuracy, and empower teams with insights for informed decisions. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and operations, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance planning systems and drive continuous improvement. - Support the Merchandise Director with operational change requirements

- Overhaul dashboards to deliver actionable performance insights
