Qualifications
- Experience in a client facing digital marketing / sales role
- Proven track record within a target driven environment
- Proven track record in building and managing client and internal company relationships
- Strong grounding in digital marketing principles, with experience within Fashion and/or Face & Body retail categories highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of brands' marketing and media strategies
- Good understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising
- Experience with Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
- High levels of digital literacy are mandatory; PC literate (Microsoft Office inc. advanced Excel).
- Self-motivated team player, enthusiastic, and a tenacious attitude
- Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines

Responsibilities
- Help grow ASOS’s retail media advertising business – work across a portfolio of brands within Fashion and/or Face & Body categories.
- Own the marketing and media relationship with brands, holding direct and media agency relationships, and collaborating with ASOS’s design, creative, fashion, production and commercial retail teams.
- Work closely with brands’ senior decision makers to define and implement digital marketing strategy and tactics using ASOS’s suite of advertising products and creative solutions.
- Be fully responsible for the brand portfolio’s advertising investment with ASOS and lead brand partner relationships.
- Build solutions to support achievement of brands’ goals, using a range of ASOS’s advertising product suite – sponsored ads, programmatic display advertising, social media, targeted mobile and email communications, ASOS Creates creative solutions, and audience targeting and measurement proposition.
- Collaborate with ASOS Media Group teams (account managers, creative design and production, ad operations, insight/analytics teams).
- Lead decision-making and help brands achieve growth through strategic media and marketing programmes.
