    • Advising on the use of AI in marketing and creative content, including AI-generated imagery.
    • Reviewing prize promotions, competitions and consumer-facing terms and conditions.
  • Commercial
    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including wholesale agreements, brand partnership agreements and supplier contracts.
    • Supporting on marketplace arrangements and brand collaboration agreements with third-party brand partners.
  • Supply chain and property
    • Advising on supply chain contracts, including logistics and warehousing agreements, as well as property related matters.
  • Sustainability
    • Advising on sustainability‑related regulatory requirements, including environmental compliance, ESG reporting obligations and green claims.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision‑making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.

You will report to a Head of Legal or Senior Counsel and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior members of our Legal Team. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Manage and support on legal and commercial aspects of critical projects. Identify the need for external legal advice and elevate legal matters accordingly. Identify and help to prepare and deliver training to the Legal team and to the business on relevant legal issues. Be the key point of contact to drive projects forward with multiple stakeholders. Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
