The Finance Tech Team is evolving to support substantial business growth with ambitious plans.

As part of ASOS Tech, we are key business partners for Finance and now expanding into Supply Chain capabilities to enable end-to-end operational excellence.

We continuously support business change, explore innovative solutions to Finance and Supply Chain requirements, and restlessly identify improvements to existing controls, systems and processes to maximise potential and benefit.

Role

As a Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant - Supply Chain, you will be the go-to expert for Supply Chain functionality within Dynamics365F&O at ASOS Tech.

You'll take ownership of solution design, solution quality, and stakeholder engagement across the business, ensuring best practice and smooth adoption of Supply Chain modules.

Your work will involve

  • Assisting with data migration, configuration, and testing solutions before QA handover.
  • Supporting the design of integrations between Dynamics365 and external systems.
  • Utilising AI and Power Platform to make processes more efficient.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and guiding best practice for Supply Chain processes.
  • Cross‑training other employees on Supply Chain functionality and modules to enable a smooth cutover and long‑term support capability.

Responsibilities

  • People management of perm ASOSers and 3rd Party Functional resources.
  • Take long‑term ownership of Dynamics365 Supply Chain modules, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance.
  • Lead functional design and configuration for Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost).
  • Collaborate with Finance and Tech teams to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment.
  • Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Contribute to the design and functional support of integrations between Dynamics365 and external/internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation using Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Provide training and cross‑functional knowledge sharing to ensure adoption and smooth operations.
  • Maintain robust documentation, configuration standards, and governance processes.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Dynamics365 Functional Consultant with proven configuration capability.
  • Strong expertise across D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, Landed Cost.
  • Understanding of how SCM transactions interact with Finance modules.
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle and ongoing support/enhancement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert.

Desirable Skills

  • E‑commerce retail experience and familiarity with order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay processes.
  • Experience with Finance modules and financial controls.
  • Experience with Warehousing modules.
  • Power Platform experience: Power Automate, Power Apps, and familiarity with Copilot Studio for process automation.
