Overview
The Global Merchandise Planning team is a key part of ASOS, working centrally within the commercial function to set budgets and drive analysis to understand performance. Wokring alongside merchandising and buying teams, we are responsible for forecasting sales and intake so we have the right levels stock to meet customer demand, across buying divisions, product types and warehouses. Responsibilities
- Supporting the Planner in formulating the strategic sales and intake plans for their product groups
- Working closely with the Merchandising teams to successfully plan and trade their product groups
- Monitoring your departments performance and identifying opportunities to maximise sales across fulfilment centress
- Participating in weekly trade meetings with the global merchandise planning team
- Own and maintain departmental reporting
- Extracting and transforming data into valuable insights with clear visuals to tell a story and drive actions.
- Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
