Team Personal Assistant Sales & Marketing |Pharmaceutical Sector | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote) | High Wycombe |£40,000£45,000 DOE | Permanent

Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Personal Assistant to support a dynamic Sales & Marketing team within a leading pharmaceutical company. Working as part of a collaborative, people-first culture, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments.

You\’ll be the main administrative Team PA for a small Sales & Marketing Team, very light touch diary, managing meeting logistics, handle travel arrangements and provide seamless day-to-day admin support. This role demands excellent communication, a passion for being a \’lynchpin\’, first-class organisation and strong attention to detail. A confident, calm approach, paired with emotional intelligence and a can-do mindset, will see you thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across Sales & Marketing team
  • Schedule meetings, book travel, coordinate logistics
  • Manage team inbox and monitor deadlines
  • Maintain SharePoint documents and support project coordination
  • Liaise with stakeholders and Health Care Professionals with professionalism and discretion
  • Contribute to team processes and recommend improvements

About You

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience essential (including governance and compliance awareness)
  • Confident multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy strong MS Office 365 skills; SharePoint essential, Salesforce desirable
  • Approaches work with care, curiosity and accountability – you\’ll be a key member of the team and relied upon to do what you do best
  • Comfortable navigating shifting priorities with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Remuneration Package

  • £40,000£45,000 DOE
  • Hybrid working (up to 3 days in office, High Wycombe)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
