About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing company building a platform that enables enterprises to manage and scale Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML workloads across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. They are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to design and implement modern infrastructure platforms supporting cloud-native and AI workloads. This is a customer-facing technical role where you will partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to help organizations adopt and scale modern infrastructure platforms.
You will engage with technical leaders including Developers, DevOps Engineers, SREs, Platform Engineers, and Architects, while also working with business stakeholders to demonstrate business and technical value. The role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, on-prem environments, Kubernetes, automation, and AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to help customers understand the value of a modern infrastructure orchestration platform.
- Lead discovery sessions with customer DevOps, SRE, and platform teams to identify challenges, use cases, and desired outcomes.
- Design architectures and implementation plans to automate infrastructure provisioning, governance, and AI/ML workload orchestration.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Address technical objections and collaborate with product and engineering teams to design effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers during the evaluation process.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support across complex infrastructure environments.
- Advocate for customers internally by translating requirements into product feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and technical conferences.
- Travel to customer sites and industry events when required (up to ~35%).
Required Experience
- 5+ years in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or sales engineering role within enterprise infrastructure, SaaS, or cloud platforms.
- Strong experience with:
- Kubernetes
- Containers
- Infrastructure automation
- Hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, on-prem)
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and GPU-accelerated computing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of CNCF ecosystem technologies.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- AWS Solutions Architect or similar
